1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IG IPTV website (igiptv.io), purchasing a subscription, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "Reseller") and IG IPTV ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, making a payment, or accessing our content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

IG IPTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data through internet-connected devices.

2.1 What We Provide

• Electronic Program Guide (EPG) for supported channels
• Multi-device compatibility (Smart TV, Firestick, Android, iOS, MAG, Enigma2, PC, Mac)
• Reseller panel access for approved resellers
• Customer support via WhatsApp and email

2.2 What We Do Not Provide

• Physical hardware, satellite dishes, or cable boxes
• Guaranteed availability of any specific channel or content title
• Internet connectivity or broadband service
• Content ownership or broadcasting rights
• Compatibility with devices that do not support standard IPTV protocols

2.3 Service Nature

IG IPTV acts as an aggregator of publicly available internet streams. We do not host, upload, or distribute content directly. We provide access to third-party streams that are already available on the internet. The availability of specific channels may change without notice due to factors beyond our control.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and use IG IPTV services. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3.2 Account Information

When you purchase a subscription, we create an account with login credentials (Xtream Codes API or M3U URL). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

3.3 Account Sharing

Each subscription plan includes one device connection unless otherwise specified. Sharing your login credentials with multiple users, selling your account, or allowing simultaneous use on multiple devices (beyond your plan limit) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Payments & Billing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency selected (EUR, GBP, or USD) and are subject to change. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before service activation.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

4.3 Subscription Period

Subscriptions are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Your subscription begins on the date of activation, not the date of purchase. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly arranged with a reseller.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms outlined therein. Generally, all sales are final once credentials have been delivered and used.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use IG IPTV only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Streaming content for personal, non-commercial viewing
• Using the service on devices you own or control
• Accessing content through the provided official applications and players
• Contacting support for legitimate technical assistance

5.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• A stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
• A compatible device with updated firmware/software
• Valid IPTV player software (IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, etc.)
• Adequate network configuration (router settings, VPN if desired)

6. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Redistribution: Reselling, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or transferring your subscription to third parties without authorization
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from our applications or servers
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or other customers' accounts
• Abuse: Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our service
• Interference: Disrupting or interfering with the security, integrity, or performance of our service
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating IG IPTV staff or creating fake accounts
• Illegal content: Using our service to access, distribute, or promote illegal content
• Circumvention: Bypassing any access controls, geographic restrictions, or usage limits
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting our support team

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the IG IPTV website and service are the property of IG IPTV or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.2 Content Rights

IG IPTV does not claim ownership of the television channels, movies, or series available through our service. All content rights belong to their respective owners, broadcasters, and content creators. We act solely as an access provider.

7.3 User Content

Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you provide may be used by IG IPTV without compensation or attribution. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such content for any purpose.

8. Termination & Suspension

8.1 By You

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscriptions do not automatically renew. No cancellation is required for one-time purchases. If you have an active recurring arrangement, contact us via WhatsApp to cancel.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Unauthorized account sharing
• Abusive behavior toward staff
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiation
• Violation of applicable laws

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. All login credentials are deactivated. No refund will be issued for terminated accounts resulting from violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

IG IPTV IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of any content or information
• Correction of any defects or errors in the service
• Absence of viruses or harmful components

We do not guarantee that any specific channel, show, movie, or sporting event will be available at any given time. Content availability is subject to third-party broadcaster decisions, regional licensing, and technical factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IG IPTV AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or content unavailability
• Device damage or data loss
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IG IPTV operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation via our WhatsApp support. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration.

You agree that any legal action must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. Failure to bring an action within this period shall result in the permanent barring of such claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via WhatsApp or email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
