The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase
- Subscription renewals (refund only applies to the initial purchase, not subsequent renewals)
- Reseller credit purchases (resellers operate under separate B2B terms)
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Issues caused by your internet connection, hardware or third-party software not related to the Service

Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original payment. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate at time of processing.
