Our straightforward policy on subscription refunds, replacements, and dispute resolution for IG IPTV customers.
1. Overview
At IG IPTV, we are committed to delivering a high-quality streaming experience. We understand that streaming services depend on many factors including your internet connection, device compatibility, and content availability. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for IG IPTV subscriptions.
Because streaming credentials are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment, all subscriptions are generally considered final sale once activated. However, we offer several customer-friendly safeguards to ensure satisfaction.

2. Trial Period & Pre-Purchase Testing
Before subscribing to any paid plan, you may request a free 24-hour test line to verify the service works correctly on your specific device, internet provider, and location.

We strongly recommend testing the service before purchasing a long-term subscription. By doing so, you confirm the service performs adequately on your setup, which removes most reasons for refund disputes after purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
3.1 Service Cannot Be Activated
If we are technically unable to activate your subscription within 24 hours of payment confirmation due to a problem on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.
3.2 Major Technical Failure
If the service experiences a complete outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours that we cannot resolve through server changes or technical support, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
3.3 Duplicate Charge
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 7 business days of confirmation.
3.4 Wrong Plan Activation
If we activated a plan different from what you purchased (e.g., 1-month instead of 12-month), we will either correct the plan immediately or refund the difference.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Insufficient internet speed. The service requires a minimum of 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Customers should verify their connection speed before subscribing.
- Incompatible devices. The service works on standard streaming devices (Smart TV, Firestick, Android, iOS, MAG, Enigma2, PC). Customers should confirm device compatibility before purchasing.
- Change of mind after the service has been successfully activated and used.
- ISP throttling not reported. If your ISP throttles streaming and you have not contacted support to switch to a backup server, no refund will be issued.
- Specific channel not available. Channel availability may vary based on regional licensing and broadcaster restrictions. The service includes 50,000+ channels but cannot guarantee any specific channel will be available indefinitely.
- Subscription used for more than 24 hours without reporting any issue.
- Force majeure events beyond our control (natural disasters, government internet restrictions, broadcaster takedowns).
- Sharing credentials with multiple users in violation of our Terms of Service.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
⚠️ Important: Once login credentials have been delivered to you and the service has been used successfully, the digital product is considered consumed and refunds are limited to the cases listed in Section 3.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Describe the issue clearly with screenshots or video evidence if applicable.

- If the issue cannot be resolved, your refund request will be reviewed and processed.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method:
- PayPal: 1 to 3 business days
- Credit / Debit cards: 5 to 10 business days (depending on issuing bank)
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT): 24 to 48 hours after blockchain confirmation
Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, not on us. We initiate refunds within 48 hours of approval.
7. Service Disruption Compensation
If you experience verified service disruption that we cannot resolve, you have two options:
- Subscription extension: We extend your subscription by the equivalent number of disrupted days, plus an additional 7-day bonus as a gesture of goodwill.
- Prorated refund: A refund is issued for the unused portion of your plan, calculated on a daily basis from the day disruption was first reported.
You may choose either option. Subscription extensions are processed instantly; refunds follow the timelines in Section 6.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or PayPal without first contacting our support team, your account will be permanently terminated and access to the service will be revoked immediately.
We always prefer to resolve issues directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us makes resolution far more difficult and may also result in additional fees from the payment processor.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, payment methods, or applicable laws. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of IG IPTV after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
